Payment is due immediately after the sale and must be received within seven days of the auction date for the total bid amount plus buyer's premium and all applicable taxes.

ATTENTION FOREIGN BUYERS: Method of payment will be U.S. currency, certified check drawn on an American bank or wire transfer. HELIOS reserves the right to demand payment by methods other than credit card or PayPal for any reason whatsoever.
If you are a licensed dealer and qualify for sales tax exemption please fill out a New York Resale Exemption Certificate and send it to us by fax or email.
You may pick-up purchased property from us as soon as we have received cleared funds for all your purchases. Collection is BY APPOINTMENT only. Please call +1 (646) 290-7755. We will require your written authorization to release the property to a third party or a shipper. All lots should be cleared within two months of the auction date.
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. However, Helios can ship your item(s) for a separate charge. Shipping charges will vary depending on the item(s) and destination. Shipping to certain countries, including, but not limited to, Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Ukraine, are subject to special regulations and restrictions. As a special service to our clients Helios can arrange secure delivery of your purchased items to such destinations.
