On the obverse, there is an image of Emperor Nicholas II and inscription in Russian around the circumference "WITH THE MERCY OF GOD NICHOLAS II THE EMPEROR AND AUTOCRAT OF ALL RUSSIA". On the obverse, there is an inscription in Russian "FOR ZEALITY" framed by laurel and oak branches. Weight: 0.6 oz., 18 g.
