A late 19th-century Russian porcelain hand-painted figurine depicting a bast shoemaker. The figurine is realistically modeled and carefully painted. Under the base stamped with red overglazed factory mark "Gardner" unred the imperial double-headed eagle and impressed factory mark. Gardner Porcelain Manufacturer was considered the best porcelain enterprise of the Russian Empire.

Condition: Very good, no chips or cracks
