A plate with a cobalt blue rim adorned with lush oriental ornamentation with gilding. The center is hand-painted with a sea view (possibly after the painting by Konstantin Aivazovsky’s "View of the Leandrova Tower in Constantinople"). With the blue overglaze hallmark of the Kornilov Brothers factory at the base. 1861-1884.
