Romanticism-style oil on canvas landscape painting depicting a path through a wheat field. Signed in Armenian and dated 1894 on the lower left. Also inscribed in Russian on the verso: "Property of Professor V.A. Astvatsatryan, 10/II.82." Georgy Zakharovich Bashinzhagyan (1857 – 1925) was active/lived in Armenia, Russian Federation. Georgy Bashinzhagyan is known for Misty and nocturnal landscape and waterscape painting.
Dimensions: 21 x 15 3/4 in., (53.3 x 40 cm.)
Condition: Good overall with a small paint loss at the bottom left part of the painting
