Early 20th-century gold cufflinks. Round in shape, covered with white guilloché enamel, the center is decorated with ruby cabochons in gold settings, the gold border is made in the form of a laurel wreath. Hallmarks: 56 gold standard next to the initials IL (Cyrillic) and the initials GN (Cyrillic) in a separate rectangular box. Presented in an original rectangular box in black with silk lining and velvet cushion.
