A gilt lion-head with ruby set eyes, D-shaped guard and back-rib decorated with floral motifs, reverse langet bears engraved owners’ initials "HP" and the obverse has an Army Eagle, the ribbed handle is wound with twisted wire and has a crack, plaint slightly curved blade with wide fuller, marked with EICKHORN, Solingen logo, metal black painted scabbard with one suspension ring.
Dimensions: L: 40 1/2 in., (103 cm.)
Condition: Good (crack on the handle)
