An original vintage German poster of WWII period. The inscription on the poster: "Achtung Spione. Vorsicht bei Gesprächen!" ["Caution spy! Be careful with conversations!"]. Theo Matejko, one of the best-known press draughtsmen of the Weimar Republic, designed one of the most popular anti-spionage posters. Hidden behind a newspaper, the spy listens to the conversations of the soldiers sitting behind him. Teo Matejko created very vival portrayal of the spy – he has insidiously lurking look, lavish finger jewelery and glossy, pomadized hair.

Condition : Overall condition good, minor losses of paper.
