Early 20th-century Russian sugar bowl made of gilded silver and decorated with two pierced handles and four legs. Hallmarks: 84 silver standard next to a female head in a kokoshnik turned to the right, Cyrillic maker’s initials "VI, " possibly for Ivanov Vasily Ivanovich, owner of a silverware factory founded in 1870. Weight: 6.5 oz., 182 gr.
Dimensions: D: 3 15/16 in., (10 cm.) H: 3 9/16 in., (9 cm.)
Condition: Very good.
