Original German WWII Luftwaffe Fighting Knife Marked Number 6 Waffenampt. These fighting knives were issued to German Luftwaffe and Paratroopers. They differ from the German Army fighting knives. This example has a Beech Wood handle, the blade has a false edge, and the Luftwaffe issue stamps. Complete with scabbard.
Dimensions: L: 11 7/16 in., (29 cm.)
Condition: Very good, very little patina on the blade, some white paint splatters
