An antique Mughal Indo-Persian Islamic mail coif helmet, or a kulah zirah, is formed of small hand-forged, riveted, and butted iron rings forming a hood covering the entire head and suspended from a circular iron disc holding two two peacock feathers. Circa the 18th century.
