A Russian Imperial Order badge for the Service in the Caucasus. Executed in brass with the Russian coat-or-arms in the center laying on two crossed swords. The upper arm of the cross is embellished with a cipher of Alexander II, the lower arm reads the date 1864. The lateral arms are inscribed in Russian For Service in the Caucasus. Screw back. The badge was given to officers who served during the 1859-1864 campaign in the Caucasus.
