A khanjar dagger with an old slightly curved wootz blade, a reinforced tip called "Zirrah bouk", double-edge with a central ridge, gilded brass hilt decorated with chiseled floral motifs, wood scabbard covered with original period purple velvet, openwork gilt-brass mounts. Persia, 19th century or earlier.
