An Indian iron hand-forged battle axe, or a tabar, with a wavy-shaped blade, a square head with a faceted pint on the back, and a ball terminal to a hilt. The blade and the hilt are decorated with scrolling foliate engravings. 19th century.
Dimensions: L: 21 7/8 in., (55.5 cm.)
Condition: Good with a tip of the blade broken off.
