A qama dagger with a carved handle secures by to rivets decorated with fine rosettes in the form of the golden flowers set red and white gems. Double-edged chiseled blade inlaid with gold koftgari and marked by the maker in Arabic. Wood scabbard covered in brown velvet, brocade, set with gilt-silver mounts with a suspension ring.Circa 19th century.
Dimensions: L: 16 1/4 in., (41 cm.)
Condition: Very good with expected signs of wear.
