AUCTION 37 ANTIQUE ARMS AND ARMOR
Lot 295:
A North African Jambiya. The hilt and scabbard are richly decorated with engraved silver bands, rosettes, and chiseling. The blade is double-edged with a central ridge decorated with an engraved motif on each side. The jambiya comes with an original embossed leather belt. Late 19th Century.
Dimensions: L: 22 1/4 in., (56 cm.)
Condition: Very good with expected signs of wear.
