An unusual attractive Indian Katar dagger, a straight double-edged blade, in damask, enlarged and ribbed at the tip, the base of the blade is decorated on both sides with gold koftgari, with an inscription in Hindi on one side and floral decoration on the other. The iron hilt is covered with gold and decorated with floral ornaments. In its fabric over wooden scabbard.
Dimensions: L: 7 11/16 in., (45 cm.)
Condition: Good, the blade is slightly pitted.
