Michel Francois Damame-Demartrais, original hand-colored aquatint and etching "View of the Peter and Paul fortress in St. Petersburg in winter, " 1796-1801. Matted and framed. Note: Michel Francois Damame-Demartrais is a famous French artist. Studied under J.-L. David. Since 1796, he exhibited at the Louvre Salon. During 1792-1805 he was working in Russia; he performed drawings with views of St. Petersburg, Moscow and other cities, scenes from Russian life.

Dimensions: 27 1/2 x 20 1/2 in., (70 x 52 cm.)

Condition: Very good with minor foxing.
