Anti-Semitic children’s book "Der Giftpilz" or "The Poisonous Mushroom, " published by Der Stuermer-Verlag, 1938. This book is one of three books for kids that were published by Julius Streicher’s Stürmerverlag in Nurnberg. The anti-Semitic tales are written by Ernst Hiemer and the illustrations are by Philip Rupprecht, better known as the Stürmer cartoonist FIPS. Hardcover book with green cover depicting an illustration of a mushroom with a caricature Jewish face and a Star of David on its stem. Some hand-inscribed notes.
Dimensions: 10 3/4 x 8 3/8 in., (27.5 x 21 cm.)
Condition: Very good with minor signs of wear.
