Mikhail Larionov, oil on canvas backed on board painting depicting a still life with flowers. Initiated on the upper left corner, signed M. Larionov, dated 1902 along with an address: "16 rue Jacques Callot Paris" on the verso (This is the apartment where Larionov and Goncharova lived during their time in Paris. A number of works have this address written on the back of the canvas or board). Housed in a wooden frame.Provenance: Kiefer auctions, Germany, sale 7.4.2020, lot 2724Mikhail Larionov (1881-1964) was an avant-garde Russian painter who worked with radical exhibitors and pioneered the first approach to abstract Russian art.

Condition: The painitng appers to be in a very good condition. Very minor signs of wear.
