Russian silver-gilt and cloisonne enamel sugar bowl and sugar tongs. The sugar bowl is decorated with a broad band of shaded flowers and scrolls in green, pink and blue cloisonne enamel over a pink ground, the swing handle is similarly decorated over a deep turquoise ground, gilded interior. Sugar tongs are decorated with stylized vary color enamel floral and foliate ornaments over a stippled gilt ground within a blue pellet border. Sugar bowl hallmarks: 84 Russian silver standard, ‘VA’ in Cyrillic.
