Second pattern RLB Weyersberg dagger. A nickel/silver plated stiletto-style blade with a high central ridge. Single piece cast nickel/silver cross guard and ferrule. The dual straight cross guard has three recessed horizontal lines to both the obverse and reverse. The obverse of the cross guard and ferrule features a "squat" national eagle and well-defined cut-out swastika langet. Formed wooden grip maintaining much of the original lacquer, with slight tapers to the top and bottom edges, and a slightly bulbous center with a plated sunburst behind a raised black enameled swastika. Cast nickel/silver plain pommel as an oval, with a centrally recessed line to the center and a slight taper to the top. The sheet metal scabbard has fine original black paint. Weyersberg manufacturer’s mark can be seen on the blade’s ricasso.

Condition: Blade is in very good condition. Grip shows minor signs of wear. Pommel has partial loss to chrome plating. Scabbard is lightly scratched. All parts are tight.
