AUCTION 50: ANTIQUE MILITARIA, FALL 2024
Lot 311:
This Victorian Era dagger was made to reassemble a main gauche-style parrying dagger. This main gauche has a grip wrapped around with wire threading, a cross-guard provided with a finger ring, and a faceted pommel. The ricasso is flat with a single marking shaped like a bird.
England, 19th Century.
