Costume Design for Chorus: the Martyrdom of St. Sebastien, 1922. Signed and dated lower right. Titled upper right. Framed.
Bakst, an artist, set designer, illustrator and designer, worked mainly in St. Petersburg and Paris, one of the trendsetters of European fashion for exoticism and orientalism at the beginning of the 20th century.

Condition: The paper shows a few stains, otherwise good.
