A golden pin set with a diamond at its top, with another diamond and a ruby hanging beneath it. The back of the pin is marked with the initials ‘KF’ and the Russian 56 gold proof mark. The case is from the shop of New Jersey based dealer J. M. Eichmann.
Imperial Russia, 19th or 20th Century.
