Comprised of a square medallion with rounded corners banded in diamonds and set with the roman numeral XXV atop a translucent blue enamel field over a guilloche ground and with opposing arms each set with three diamonds. Hallmarked St. Petersburg, 56 gold standard and Cyrillic makers mark EK.
Imperial Russia, 19th or Early 20th Century.
