Eduard Kaiser (February 22, 1820, in Graz – August 30, 1895, in Vienna) was an Austrian artist and lithographer. In 1867-1886, he lived in Rome, where he devoted himself very successfully to watercolor reproductions of classical masterpieces. Here is a copy of the work of Pietro Perugino in Santa Maria Maddalena dei Pazzi in Florence. Watercolor and gold on paper. On the left side of the painting is the author’s signature: "’EDUARD KAISER NACH PERUGINO’
Dimensions: 26 x 18 in. (66.04 x 45.72 cm.) Frame 30 ½ x 22 ½ in. (77.47 x 57.15 cm.)
Condition: Very good with expected signs of wear
