A Russian silver oval painted snuff box, 20Th century. The lid of the snuff box is enamled with a beautiful Persian women with a dove surrounded by garlands of roses and the lying dog and the sun in a separate cartouche. The lower part of the box is decorated with enamel floral ornament. There are Russian hallmark with the “AO” initials and 84 silver standard on the rim of the snuffbox. Weight: 5.6 oz., 158 gr.
