Imperial Porcelain Factory, St. Petersburg, reign of Nicholas II. The terracotta color rim is decorated with the golded pattern in the form of stylized flower stems and a seal depicting the state emblem of the Russian Empire. The center is painted with a view of the embankment in St. Petersburg. On the verso, there is a green overglaze stamp of the manufacturer with the monogram of Nicholas II under the imperial crown and the date 1913. Provenance: Sotheby’s October 8, 1998, lot # 1157.
