A Soviet hand painted porcelain figurine depicting Vakula on the devil a carchter from Gogol’s novel » The night before Christmas». The figurine is made by LFZ (Leningrad Porcelain Factory), ca. 1950-60., sculpted by B. Y. Vorobyov, painted by Riznich I. I. Marked on the bottom under glaze. Condition In excellent condition, without chips, cracks and restoration. Dimensions H: 6 1/8 in., ( 15.5 cm.)
