Art Deco Hutschenreuther Porcelain Figure depicting a girl dancer, modeled by Karl Tutter, ca. 1925. LArge and beautiful porcelain figurine called «Melancholy Carnival (Carnival Pierette) with Guitar». A rare figurine made between 1925 and 1928.
Of white porcelain, finely poly chromed and hand-painted. Marked on the bottom with green ink under glaze: «Hutschenreuther Selb-Bavaria Department of Art» Condition Very good overall with a small crack on the bottom. Dimensions L: 13 1/2 in., (34.5 cm.)
