A Russian side knife (side arm), a type of a combat knife or dagger designed to pierce armor with a long and narrow faceted blade of the re-curved shape.. Ca. 18th century with a 17th-century Toledo marked blade made in Spain. The mounts are made of hammered silver, the handle is of bone. An similar example is on display at the Kremlin Armory.
