A rare collection (chronicle) of Russian journal NOV, in which the coronation of Nicholas II is described in detail, day after day, hour after hour. This was an important event in the life of Russia in the 19th century which lasted 20 days. A description of the banquets with illustrations of the coronation banquet menus are provided in the chronicle.
The magazine also describes the coronations of previous Russian monarchs with illustrations for all the ceremonies.

Condition: Very good, normal wear to the binding, some pages are ripped.
