Lion head with ruby eyes gilt hilt is finely chiseled back strap and D-guard, handle is wrapped in shark skin and wound with twisted brass wires, cross guard is stamped "GESCHUTZTES MUSTER," languets bear the crossed swords and knight’s helmet with shield for engraving, nickel plated blade is marked "WK&C" , metal black painted scabbard with two loose rings.
