Horn handle scales with decorated floral burst rivets and engraved spine, brass cross guard. Damascus blade with heavy gold inlay in typical Persian style. Wood scabbard covered with leather with heavy metallic brocade stitch, brass repousse mounts with two rings.
Dimensions: L: 32 in., (81 cm.) (blade)
Condition: Very good for its age. Moderate handling wear. Gold features very good. Blade appears to have been cleaned at some point. Some nicks to edge. Sheath with moderate wear, scuffs and handling marks.
