Obverse shows the City of Munich Coat of Arms and inscribed "DIE HAUPTSTADT DER BEWEGUNG / MÜNCHEN" (The Capital of the Movement / Munich); on reverse "FUR LANG UND TREU GELEISTETE DIENSTE" (For Long and Faithful Service). In original blue leatherette case with embossed Munich symbol.
