Anna Petrovna Ostroumova-Lebedeva (17 May 1871 — 5 May 1955) was a Russian and Soviet artist most notable for her watercolor painting. She was also one of the pioneers of the woodcut technique in Russia. The drawing depicts St. Petersburg Rostral Colom from different angles. Signed lower right: A. Ostr, date: 1921.
