Gild bronze figurine depicting a seated woman with Gospel in a Gothic style chair. The carved head is slightly tilted to the right expressing the moment of contemplation. Carved hands are resting on the armrests. The statue depicts an unusual subject and quite large for this type of bronze. Signed A. Gor. Made in France. Ca. 19th Century
