This dagger features a pointy blade with the ricasso marked by the maker: “F. W. Holler of Solingen”, the dagger was designed for officers and NCO’s in 1937. The fittings were generally produced in a gray finish. The scabbard has a pebble finish and oak-leaved lower section. The dagger has an aluminum pommel bearing a swastika on both sides, and a matching crossguard with a cast flying eagle clutching a swastika in his talons. The grip was made of colored celluloid wrapped with twisted wire.
