The badge is a circle, in the center, there is a mounted soldier racing on a horse. In his right hand, the rider has a drawn sword, and in his left hand a large red banner with the inscription "August 1939". A gilt-relief of mountains is spread below the horse, with a forest in the background against a blue sky. At the bottom of the badge, there is a red ribbon with the inscription: "HALHINGOL".
Dimensions: D: 1 1/2 in. (3.81 cm.)
Condition: G, enamel chipped
