The banner is a brass mount in the shape of an eagle with crossed American flags and silk fabric with golden inscriptions in Russian and English: "RUSSIAN ORTH. BROTHERHOOD ORG. FEB. 14. 1910 WILKES-BARRE, PA". The bottom is decorated with a gold fringe. There are some small stains on the fabric, but overall good condition.
Dimensions: L: 11 1/4 in. (28.5 cm.)
