A British gilt-silver and enamel award pin made in the Art Nouveau style. The obverse bears the motto of the Order of the Garter: Honi soit qui mal y pense (shame on anyone who thinks evil of it). On the back, there is a stamp "STERLING" and date 1901. Weight: 0.9 oz., 26 g.
