A five-pointed star with bifurcated rays covered with scarlet enamel. On the reverse, in the center, there is an eagle holding the emblem with the motto: "GRATIA DEI SERVATUS". The reverse is engraved with S/N 55 and the inscription: "DIV. OF N.Y. 140 S.V". Weight: 0.4 o., 12 g.
