Late 19th-century Kornilov Brothers Imperial Russian lidded porcelain egg-form cup and saucer decorated with gilding, stylized ornaments, and proverbs in Russian. Stamped on the base with Kornilov Brothers factory mark and inscribed: Made in Russia by Kornilov Brothers for Jaccard Jewelry Co. Kansas City Mo.
Dimensions: Cup H: 3 3/4 in., (9.5 cm.) Saucer D: 5 1/8 in., (13 cm.)
Condition: Good condition, no scratches, one tiny chip at the bottom, a hairline appears to be running vertically above the letter "L" starting at the rim.
