An early 20th-century steel vesta case with a gold clasp inlaid with a blue sapphire cabochon. The surface is adorned with a flower of gold and silver, set with diamonds, ruby cabochons, and a pearl in the center. In the lower part, there is a hole for lighting matches. Completed with a set of 12 matches with golden-tone heads. Possibly Faberge
