A Russian watercolor miniature depicting Emperor Nicholas I in a blue-piped dark green uniform with silver buttons and epaulets, wearing the breast-stars of the Imperial Russian Orders of St. Andrew and of St. Vladimir combined with the British Order of the Garter, the Imperial Russian Medal for the Turkish Campaign 1828-1829, in a gilt brass frame surmounted with gilt brass Imperial crown. 19th century.
