An Islamic Dagestan Caucasian dagger with engraved silver mounts finished with niello. The scabbard is hallmarked with Russian Imperial silver warrant 84. and engraved with owner’s initials and year 1923. Straight blade is richly engraved with Arabic inscriptions. Ca. 1900.
Dimensions: L: 22 in., (56 cm.)
Condition: Two rivets are missing, a small part of silver is missing from the handle rid
