A sleeve badge for the Indian Legion of Volunteers, of the Waffen-SS with the leaping tiger of the "Azad Hind" and German inscription "Freies Indien" (Free India). Machine-embroidered in the the typical RZM-fashion of the SS. The legionnaires of the Wehrmacht were wearing badges in BeVo-fashion instead.
