A lot of two fine Modernist Carl Sorensen bronze trumpet vases, circa 1920. Covered with a very beautiful patina. Signed on the bottom: "Carl Sorensen." Carl Sorensen was known for his Arts-and-Crafts-style metalwork during the turn of the century making desk accessories and decorative pieces in copper or bronze which are recognized by their verdigris patina. During 1920-1930 he designed for Tiffany.
