Made of papier-mache hand-painted, lacquered, and polychromed, of a rectangular form, depicting a couple holding hands, sitting in a pavilion with two witnesses. The verso of the mirror case depicts the same couple but the figure of a seated man has a halo. 19th century.
Dimensions : 11 5/8 x 7 7/8 in., (29.5 x 20 cm.)
Condition : Very good with a few minor chips
